Dr. Lin (Phetpailin) Amaralikit, M.D.

As told by her first mentor, Dr. Lin has a strong believe in Doctor-Patient relationship.  With this philosophy in mind, she has provided personalized care to her patients focusing not only on each sickness but more importantly to the overall wellness for every one of her patients.  Dr. Lin started her career as an urgent care physician.  After years of her services, so many urgent care patients immediately asked her to be their primary physician.  Here at Family Immediate Care, she has an opportunity to provide both of her best.

Prior to moving to the United States in 2002, she finished her medical school from Mahidol University, Siriraj Hospital, Bangkok Thailand.  She then joined Royal Thai Navy, where she gained not only military discipline but also wide range of medical experiences, from ICU, CCU, OB GYN, pediatric and in/out patient care, major/minor surgery through hospital administration.  After military service, she pursued and completed her residency in Internal Medicine from Mahidol University, Ramadhibodi Hospital.  Since 2002, she has been board certified in Internal Medicine in Thailand.

In the US, prior to her residency training, she participated in a clinical research in the Department of Nephrology, Georgetown University Hospital.  She then attended and completed her residency in Internal Medicine from Prince George's Hospital where she was elected as a chief of resident during her final year of training.  She has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 2008.

Besides taking good care of her patients, Dr. Lin enjoys spending time with her family, traveling places with her husband, playing tennis with her son and baking with her daughter.
